This listing is for a lovely pin ball with the ring that I had made just for my shop. I made them for those who do not sew or can sew but do not have time and want this item.

The ring measures 2 inches round and are also plated over copper. The pin balls are made with embroidered silk and sewn to the ring to keep it secure. They are simple, elegant and also lightweight! I can include some ribbon for you and I also have chain with a hook available for a few extra $$.

This is a reproduction. It can be worn for impressions of the 17th century up into the mid-19th century. My research on pin ball rings is that they may have still been used during the 19th century if someone had one, but you start to see pin wheels on original chatelaines as the century progresses. You receive one pin ball with a ring and/or chain depending on the one selected.

The print, The Mutual Embrace dated 1774, shows the woman with a pin ball hanging from her petticoat.
