This necklace was inspired by portraits of the 18th and 19th centuries. They are made with seed and glass pearls. They measure just over 12 inches long, meant to wear with a ribbon closing it as a choker as the ends are rings, but I also have some made with clasps available. They come in ivory or white.
It can be worn for your historical costuming or everyday.
The photos are of me at Mount Clare Museum House in Baltimore, Maryland in 2014. I have owned a choker like this for years, and finally was able to get it made for everyone else to wear.
