These pins are made with gold-plate. They measure 6 inches long, and are a 20 gauge pin. I have found some brass and silver-plate pins that I am selling with no decoration - in the drop down they are listed as "plain." I am unsure if they are a 20 or 22 gauge pin.

This gauge pin is best for straw and/or cloth hats. The trick is to hold it at the very end of the pin to twist it into the hat and then push it through to avoid bending it.
