This listing is a collaboration with Museum Reproductions! I am in love with their creations, but will change a few of the elements to make them more historically accurate (clasp/leverback). This line has been discontinued, so what is left in this listing is all that I have and can get.
This is a shell motif white cultured pearl and pewter with gold finish shell. The leverback has been changed to gold-filled or could also be changed instead to a gold-filled earwire if you so desire. The earrings measure 2 inches long, the necklace is 17 inches long, and the bracelets are 7-1/2 inches long.
The price is per piece - one (1). The bracelet photo shows two bracelets, they are sold separately.
The shell motif is a symbol of classical art and acts as a reminder of Newport's dramatic oceanfront setting. The shell, symbolizing fertility and beauty, appears in a broad range of Newport interiors from the Hunter House to the Breakers.
The Shell motif is also seen in Georgian architecture as well as design elements in fashion
I must say that wearing all of these together would be stunning.
