These are lovely Swarovski Crystal round shaped earrings I have named the Elizabeth. I have them in multiple colors and sizes that start with the olivine and yellow at 8mm round; aquamarine, pink, and light sapphire at 10mm round, to the ruby being 12mm round. They are made from vintage findings, so some can have a little quirk in them but not anything that detracts from the pieces, just adds character.
They measure about 3/4 to 1 inch long, and are hanging from gold-filled leverback.

Don't like them with leverback? I can change them into earwires or even clip-on screw backs for those with non-pierced ears.
