This diadem/comb is historically inspired and can be worn in an updo or French knot. It is lovely with the minimalist floral details. It would look perfect in an updo for a Regency impression, wedding, prom, special occasion or even everyday for a little pop of sparkle or interest. It is unique. You will receive one (1) comb.
It is all metal, gold or silver-plate probably over copper, and has a bit of weight to it but is not heavy. The tines measure about 1/2 inch on the ends to just over 1-1/4 inches in the center. The overall comb is 1-1/2" high by 3-1/2 inches wide. The back is the same as the front.
I do not have a wig in which to show this comb off as I'd like. I have included an inspiration portrait from 1804 of Mary Nisbet, Countess Elgin by François Gerard National within the Galleries of Scotland.
