This listing is for lace that I have in my stash. When looking to do some finishing details for two jackets that I had, I went on the search for something affordable and that looked right for what I was going for. When I found it, I had to purchase way more than I needed, which is good news for those seeing this listing!
We are creating the illusion in our costuming, living history, and reenacting clothing. The last photo shows how I sewed it at the finishing detail on the end of my sleeves; however, this can be put on the edge/end of cotton flounces to give a different finished look. It can also be used for more modern clothing purposes or even home sewn projects.
The lace is polyester and does not stretch. It measures 2 inches at the widest area, and is sold by the yard. If purchasing more than 1 yard, I will send one continuous length.
