The USPS ships based upon zones and weight. See the following website to know what zone you live in. These zones are dynamic, based on the distance from a shipper's (me) zip code (22192) to you. Any postage overages will always be refunded to you.

If you are an international client, the drop down includes additional postage as well.
The heavier the package, the further it goes from me, the more it is. I will work with you on the cheapest shipping options - which in my experience is the USPS. I will refund any shipping overages above actual postage and packaging.
