These are hair spirals (or swirls or spriggs) have rhinestones with a center pearl. The metal is silver plate probably over copper. They are reminiscent of those worn in the 17th and 18th Centuries. A 17th Century Hair Sprig, hair jewelry, or hair ornaments were common, and that extended into later centuries - including up to today!
They are priced for one (1) spiral. This measures 1/2 inch round.
Decorate your own hair or the hair you have purchased ( a wig or piece). Perfect for cosplay, historic costuming, a prom, dance, or a wedding.
