You see the price and ask - why so much? These are absolutely fabulous enameled with marcasite Fleur de Lis solid sterling silver eggs, and they hang from a sterling silver leverlback. They measure about 1-1/4 inch long.
These are perfect for any time period really. Match them with a Regency gown or wear it on a first date! The sky is the limit with these babies, and they really look amazing. They were also worn by "Mary Woodhull" in TURN, Washington's Spies television show - check her out in the last photo.
They may come with or without the tulip on a leverback finding. If you have a preference, please convo me. I can also change these to a sterling silver earwire. If you do not have pierced ears, I can change them to a silver-plated clip-on/screw back.
