These are lovely, simple, and elegant white cultured 14mm freshwater coin pearl with a tiny crystal star at the center. They are so nice, they can be worn with anything! Wear them with a pair of jeans for everyday at any time with anything, or with your historical costumes. These can be worn in any century as pearls are timeless. The stars are only on one side. The pearls are freshwater so not all are uniform in size and shape so expect anomalies. They measure 1-1/8th inches long and the pearls vary but are about 3/8th inches round. Not too big, not too small.
Inspiration for me is a pair of earrings found in the Maryland Center for History and Culture in an exhibit that I visited called "A Woman of Two Worlds, Elizabeth Patterson Bonaparte." I have the book on this by Alexandra Deutsch. While the earrings in this listing are not exact of what Elizabeth Patterson Bonaparte owned, they are a wonderful inspired version.
