This is just a lovely Georgian style brooch that reminds me of the Let Them Eat Cake vintage Kenneth J. Lane jewelry made in the 1960's. It contains a blue cameo of the profile of a lady and has lovely floral details with clear rhinestones set in an antiqued silver plate probably over copper. There is a teardrop clear rhinestone hanging from it. They are sold per brooch and measure 2-3/4 inches tall about 1-1/2 inches wide. As a bonus, it also has an area that you can wear this as a pendant as well.
