These historically inspired chain style hoop earrings are hanging from gold-plated (probably over brass) lever that just connects to keep it closed. They measure 1-1/2 inch long with the chain itself being 1/4 inch wide. They are extremely light.
They can be worn in any century - but for costuming and living history are perfect for 18th and 19th century impressions. They are unique!
