This ring has a lovely floral motif and the sides are have a flower with rhinestones. They are costume and made with gold-plate over sterling silver. Definitely a statement ring! The smaller the ring, the smaller the top of the ring. Some of the flowers are slightly different, and I have limited stock and sizes. If I determine the floral motif is off a bit, the ring will be marked as irregular and will not be full price. The backs are closed, and they are marked 925.

This is definitely a statement ring! They are all just about 3/4 inch tall and wide in an oval shape. The drop down menu identifies the sizes in stock and if it is irregular or not. Most of the irregularity for these is the gold enamel connection to the very top floral detail on the face may not be complete but in my opinion does not take away from the ring itself.

The deep Royal Blue enamel style jewelry wasn't always popular in the 18th century, but in 1775 London enameler, Jusen, perfected a distinctly English style of enameling on jewelry which was a smooth dark midnight blue. It was popular with the Royalty of England. This style also caught on in France where rings made of midnight blue enamel and a scattering of diamonds were called 'bagues de firmament' or rings (stars) of the sky. In originals you often see what looks like rays in the enamel, but these are solid blue for a beautiful night sky.
