This is a listing is for a vermeil (gold plate over sterling silver) skinny posey "Rising Sun" ring or stacking ring. It is marked inside with .925.
The drop down will let you know the sizes that I have in stock.
These are reminiscent of rings worn in several centuries called posey rings worn as a promise, as wedding rings, or on any finger you'd like.
The detail on the ring reminded me of the Rising Sun motif in the 18th century. There were several Rising Sun taverns in the colonies during the 18th century. I also believe the rising sun motif was carved on furniture. Overall it is a pretty ring! It is marked inside with .925.
