These are lovely glass oval earrings in silver-plate (probably over brass) settings. They are not foiled so the color really is vibrant in natural light. My photos do not do them justice as it is hard to capture the color. They measure just 1 inches long by 1/2 inch wide.
I have this same style in sterling silver with garnet and amethyst in another listing.
