These earrings have Museum Reproductions "Faberge" style eggs added to a gold-filled leverback. They are perfect for any time period really. Match them with a Regency gown or wear it on a first date! The sky is the limit with these, and they really look amazing. These are very limited in quantity due to their being discontinued.

They are hung with gold-filled leverback, and have crystal elements to the enameled eggs. If you do not have pierced ears, I can change them to a gold-plated clip-on/screw back for those without pierced ears. The measure 1-5/8 inches long.

18th - 19th Century - Imperial court jeweler Carl Fabergé and his craftsmen created magnificent eggs of various designs not only for Russian nobility, but also for European dignitaries and the Fabergé shops. In 1886, the House of Fabergé was granted an annual commission by Czar Alexander III to produce eggs for the Imperial family. These imaginatively designed eggs were meticulously crafted in gold and silver with enamel, precious gems, and semiprecious stones. This one is richly colored in a dark blue or a peridot green in the form of miniature eggs inspired by these creations.

They are SO worth it! I also have matching pendants on an 18 inch gold-plated chain available as well. I only currently have the necklace with the blue egg. I can possibly get green if needed.
